This one’s for the locals! We’ve brought back a Thunder Bay favourite that has been dearly missed by many. This Mexican style sauce was a collab with El Tres Restaurant and one of the first sauces that we ever developed.

Very rich in flavour, bold notes of toasted red chilis, chipotle and savoury spices like smoked paprika. Delicious on Mexican food, grilled or roasted meats, eggs, and stews.

Quantities are very limited, only one batch has been produced and when it’s gone, it’s gone!

Onion, Red chilis, Distilled vinegar, Chipotle peppers, Sugar, Garlic, Salt, Lime juice, Canola oil, Water, Spices
